Lip Enhancement

Dermal fillers are used to enhance the lips, administrated by an experienced registered nurse at EJW Aesthetics. For many people, fuller and more defined lips are a huge desire. This is created by using hyaluronic acid, which is naturally found in the body, safe and temporary dermal filler which leaves an immediate result that can last around 9-12 months.
Adding volume and definition which can enhance small lips, however it can define larger lips without adding any further volume. This procedure can also correct asymmetry or reduce the appearance of fine lines.
Prior to treatment:
Topical anesthetic will be applied for 15-20 minutes prior to treatment ensuring the area is numb.
The procedure:
Dermal filler is then injected into specific areas of the lips, aspirating at each injection point to ensure we are in the correct area and reducing any risks. The product will then be massaged to ensure even spread of dermal filler and smoothness reducing any lumps until the filler settles.
Post treatment:
Avoid touching the area and applying any make=up or products to the injected areas for at least 6 hours to reduce any risk of infection, aftercare advice and packs are given after each treatment, with 24 hour care and support available if needed in an emergency.
Immediate results:
After the injections the lips become swollen and can bruise, this means the results immediately after may not be the final result. Swelling reduces over a couple of days it can be helped by using a cold compress and arnica cream provided by EJW Aesthetics.

Jaw Line
Jaw line enhancement is a non surgical procedure to define and improve the appearance of the jaw. Using a cannula technique dermal filler is placed into the jawline, creating definition and contouring the facial structure. As the face ages volume loss is apparent causing 'jowls' jaw line enhancement can reduce the appearance of jowls in older ladies giving a more defined and even structure to the face.
Prior to treatment:
